Information submitted in an inquiry

We collect the contact details, business context, technical description, source page and images you choose to send. This information is used to review and respond to the inquiry.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in a private Supabase database, and uploaded images are stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket. They are not stored in Sanity, exposed through public website queries or made available to search engines. Access is limited to authorized staff through protected administrative tools.

Retention and requests

A production retention period and contact address must be added before launch. Customers should be able to request access, correction or deletion according to applicable law.

Spam protection and analytics

The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. WhatsApp clicks may be recorded as an analytics event with the page and language, without placing inquiry text in analytics.
